- Warmth is normal
- Cold compresses for comfort
- Mineral water spray may relieve dryness/tightness
- Redness may persist up to 7 days
- Day 2–3: MENDS/bronzing + “sandpaper” texture → flaking/peeling
- Cleanse 2x/day starting next morning: lukewarm water + gentle cleanser, hands only, pat dry
- Moisturize generously and reapply when dry
- Sunscreen: physical broad-spectrum SPF 30 daily (continue up to 3 months)

- Scrubs/exfoliation tools/rough towels
