Please avoid the following:  

- Tanning and excessive sun exposure for 2-4 weeks before treatment.  

- Hair removal methods such as waxing or depilatory creams.  

- Skincare products containing retinoids, AHAs, or BHAs for 48 hours prior.  

- Exfoliating treatments (scrubs, Dermaplaning, shaving, etc.) for one week prior.
