- Cold compresses + mineral water spray for comfort
- Pinpoint bleeding: dab with damp gauze
- Swelling: cold compress + sleep elevated first night
- Redness typically intensifies first few days; day 3 often most intense
- Day 2–3: MENDS/bronzing + dryness → flaking
- Cleanse 2x/day starting next morning (gentle, pat only)
- Moisturize frequently
- Sunscreen SPF 30+ daily beginning day of treatment and continue up to 3 months
- Scrubbing, exfoliation tools, rough towels
- Strenuous exercise/sweating until healed
- Sun exposure; avoid shampoo directly on treated area
- Makeup once peeling completes
- Normal skincare when fully healed (no dryness/redness)
